Make Your Land Deal at the SIOR Spring World Conference

We are looking for SIORs to present their development sites to a distinguished panel of national developers during a session on "US Industrial Land Development: Where the Deals Are" at the SIOR 2014 Spring World Conference on Wednesday, April 23.

This session, put together by the Land Specialty Practice Board, will consist of a panel discussion featuring Jim McShane, McShane Development; Jeff Phelan, DCT Industrial; Kim Snyder, Prologis; and Carl Panattoni, Panattoni Development. Following the panel discussion, select participants will present their deals to the panelists for consideration.

We are looking for a variety of sites for industrial development ranging from large, unentitled tracts to zoned, infill single development. Teardowns will also be considered. Presenters should be prepared to describe their site at the meeting (visuals are encouraged) and make the deal. Please email your property to Jim Klein, SIOR at jimklein@kleincom.com or call at 310-451-8121.

Best regards,

Jim Klein, SIOR

Chair, Land Specialty Practice Board
