We have seen improvement over the past year. We closed a large land deal in Huntington Park, leased a truck yard in Gardena, and signed a few small leases. There are only two units left in the Avalon Distribution Center which is the best, small dock-hi project in LA County. Renewals are also a source of ongoing work. Meanwhile, we are redesigning our web site and just completing a database that focuses on all large industrial buildings and infill land sites. Please look for future notices.
