Spring is here and there is more confidence in all parts of the business. Caution is being replaced with long term decisions. We've sold several properties over the past year. There is good activity for realistic property owners. While we remain focused on our core markets in Los Angeles, we have also completed deals in New York, Georgia, and North Carolina. We prefer industrial property, but that hasn't prevented us from working with home builders, self storage, and schools. Our customized parcel mapping program, MAPP, will soon be moving on-line for everyone to use. A Mobile App is in the works. We will have a New York Brokers License by summer.
